I have found two apartments available the end of April.One next to the Krasnapolsky Hotel in Dam Square and one at the north end of the Jordaan District.Which would you recommend and why.

It depends really on how long you will be staying and what your interests are.The Krasnapolsky Hotel is in the heart of the square but the Jordann District is still wonderfully in the city center.Either is a good bet but it depends on your interests.

Both are in the center.am Square is more central, closer to lots of shopping, and possibly louder depending on room location.ordaan is the more quiet and more charming neighborhood in my opionion and still close to the Dam.
