HOLLAND Readers's Tips - Kiki, I took a trip to Paris in June 2003 and also traveled to Amsterdam while I was there.I wasn't sure about the trip to Amsterdam so I didn't book it prior to leaving for Paris.If you go to raileurope.m, you can book a ticket and have it delivered to you before you leave (Thalys from Gare du Nord, I believe.Or you can go to one of the SNCF offices in Paris and purchase a ticket while there.The location I used is located in the First Arrondisement off of Rue de Rivoli not far from La Samaritaine. After our cruise 3/274/3 in Amsterdam we are taking a train (not the high speed because we want to get off once or twice to Paris on 4/3 or 4/4.
